Some Driving Instructors will say that if you are good enough to drive then it does not matter what time.
I say that if you are good enough to drive. Then why not make it a bit easier by choosing a time of day when the roads are less full.
Between 8 and 9 in the mornings is busy with parents taking the kids to school, people rushing to work and a lot more traffic.
After 9 but before 12 is better. You still have to drive but there are less people rushing around.
After 12 to 1 and you get the dinner time rush of people in and out of work.
Between 1 and 2.30 is ok.
After 2.30 and the parents are rushing to school and parking in dangerous places.
